I reordered on Friday Sarah rang me to ask if I still wanted the wool, she was going away for the weekend and had checked the local branch and they had what I wanted she very kindly picked it up and rung me again this morning to tell me she has it in store for me. This girl deserves a medal this is far and above customer service a very big thanks for all you have done
