  Although my Wife’s issue has now been solved by a helpful lady called Gina, I’d still give VW Halifax a wide berth! Upon buying a car from their sales representative Frank, who at the time seemed charismatic and trustworthy knowing just what to say to get the deal done, we left happy in our purchase. The customer service at this point seemed right on point! We were foolish to think this was how it would continue. When the time came for my wife’s car to be services it transpired that we did not have a service book with the car. That wouldn’t be a problem to our new friend Frank! Upon contacting him to ask for help, he again let his charm do the work promising heaven and eart to rectify the problem. Again, we thought Wow, what a nice guy! We are safe in his guidance! Well, nearly 4 months later and several false promises, phone calls and lies we were still without said book! Frank is the absolute definition of a typical sales person!

  Overall top class experience when looking to buy a car. Genuine advise and not pushy to get sale at all. Salesman actually encouraged us to take some time at home to think about options and do our own research. They have a much better range of used cars than at Huddersfield VW particularly if you're looking for an economical car (bluemotion).
