I paid £9.99 for next day delivery for my daughter to have her outfit for her school party and it didn't turn up until the day after the delivery date at 5pm the outfit was only £7 and I asked for a refund from just the delivery not even the outfit itself which i feel was pretty fair and they only refunded me £3.04! I had to buy my daughter a new costume as it was not here in time and was a Complete waste of my time and money ..... never buying from this place again! Horrible
