  I was 'fat shamed' in this store today by an older store assistant. I was returning an online order. She said "we dont sell curve here, well we do, but we dont have much PLUS SIZE". The store was busy I have never felt so bodyshamed. I explained their were no stars on my delivery note to indicate I could not return it and that i had checked the list of concessions on the dp website and curve was not one. She said just take it to post office and said she would pack it up for me. She cellotaped it without delivery note in. "Oh you dont need that" she said, but is says everywhere you do. It fell apart before I left the shop so wouldn't have made it by post! I would have got no refund. Ruined my day as took my family (I have small children) to hx specially to return and ended up holding onto parcel to take home and return. Was hoping for an instant refund now have to wait weeks. Made a complaint to head office they said as the store stock curve they should have taken it. No customer service. I was so humiliated it ruined my day, not to mention waste of my time, parking charges and time on phone! Still left waiting for refund. I hope appropriate action will be taken. This was a deliberate act to embarrass me and body shame me when she knew the store stock curve clothes. Spent the day in tears. Stay away.
